what is a level system?
A common question amongst clients.
Let us break it down for you!
A Ruby Apprentice (Level 1) is a beauty school graduate/newer stylist going through the Advanced Rising Lotus training program. This custom one on one program consists of up-to-date salon techniques. As a Ruby Apprentice graduates certain trainings in the program, they will be able to take clients for those services, for a discounted price. They will always be working in the same shift as a master stylist for advanced guidance and questioning. Once they graduate and complete the Ruby Apprentice program, they will level up to a Level 2 stylist.
All stylists are on a Level System starting with a Level 2 (Carnelian). The stylist will Level Advance (Up to Level 7: Amethyst) based on advanced education and demand of clientele. As the stylist advances up each level, their prices will increase as well.
Note: The Level System does not always reflect on how many years of experience the stylist has, as this is based on performance and goals they hit within the salon. All stylists are master trained for you to have a happy and overall relaxing experience!
Fun Fact: We have chosen our level system names based on the chakras and crystals they correlate with! As a stylist works their way up our levels they open up more balance for a full and sustainable career with Rising Lotus.
